OUR STORY
The story of alessandrosaba Licores begins with the arrival of Vassili Alessandro Alberto Saba from Italy "Sardegna" to Brazil. The city of Londrina was chosen to establish residence, and in it, together with his wife Cristina in 2010 they create the Restaurant Vittório Emanuelle II, which would later give rise to the alessandrosaba Liqueurs. Among spaghetti, noodles and other Italian delicacies, Alessandro has fun producing a small amount of Limoncello, made with his own fruit and without adding essence or preservatives, the result of careful work and based on a traditional recipe from his region of birth.
Alessandro goes on to offer Limoncello to his customers after dinner and, these, appreciate the sophisticated and authentic palate of lemon siciliano, with extremely striking taste and a taste of the fruit, considered a sweet liquid and without any addition of essence. Over time, his customers ask him to produce the liquor so that he can purchase and taste, in true Italian style, with family and friends.
Thus, in response to the requests, Alessandro together with two friends, decide to business the manufacture of liquors, made until then as a hobby and only the Limoncello Liquor, creating alessandrosaba - Indústria de Licores e Refrigerantes Ltda. Today the industry produces eight types of liqueurs and all duly certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply: Limoncello and Crema de Limoncello, Arancello and Crema de Arancello, Mandarinello, Better Than Sex (chocolate with orange), Cordial Caffè Suave and Cordial Caffè Intenso, all made with natural ingredients, without preservatives, without essences, without dyes and handmade, giving a refined and authentic taste having the balance and quality of the raw materials to create the perfect flavor.

LIQUEURS
Today the Business Group alessandrosaba, produces and distributes 8 (eight) types of artisanal Italian liqueurs: Limoncello e Crema de Limoncello, Arancello e Crema de Arancello, Mandarinello and Better Than Sex (chocolate with orange), Cordial Caffè Suave and Cordial Caffè Intenso, all made with natural ingredients, without preservatives, without essences and without dyes and handcrafted, giving a refined and authentic taste with the balance and quality of raw materials to create the perfect flavor.
Our liqueurs are handcrafted with the skin of the fruit, all imported from Chile and Uruguay (fruits from these countries contain a lower acidity), cereal alcohol 96%, Belgian cocoa CALLEBAUT 70% and natural coffee fruits, all with an extremely striking and a retro taste of the fruit, considered a liquid sweet and without any addition of essence or coloring.
The bottle used for bottling the 750 ml liqueurs is Mahe, Verallia's Premium Selective Line, Verallia's Premium bottle line is developed and manufactured in France. With an exclusive design, they are produced with extra white glass and differ from everything that already exists in the national market. Elegant, creative and produced within the strictest and most modern quality standards.
